At this time, all sales related to merch for donations are final and we do not accept returns for any reason. This is due to the fact that the products related to these collections and their respected profits go directly to Collectives, meaning we cannot reimburse the funds after the donations have been completed. If you feel the product you received is defective or incorrect in any way, please get in contact with us immediately. If we determine the product is defective, you will be exchanged for a new one. The decision to exchange is at our sole discretion and the exchange window is 14 days from the date of delivery.
All merch that isn't directly related to a donation is eligible for a return or an exchange.
